How do I measure my windows for Multi-Relaxed Roman Shades?
For an inside mount, measure the exact width and height of your window frame in three places. For an outside mount, measure the area you want to cover, adding 2-3 inches on each side for optimal light control and privacy.
What is the difference between a standard Roman shade and a 'relaxed' style?
While standard Roman shades have a straight bottom edge, our Multi-Relaxed Roman Shades feature a soft, decorative curve or 'smile' at the bottom, providing a more casual and elegant aesthetic to your home decor.
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Since each shade is custom-made to your specifications, our current production time is 10-14 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your shades cordless and child-safe?
Yes, we prioritize safety. We offer several cordless lift systems and motorized options that comply with the latest safety standards to ensure a hazard-free environment for children and pets.
Can I request fabric swatches before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering swatches to see the texture and color in your home's natural lighting. You can order up to 5 swatches for a small nominal fee, which is refundable upon your first shade purchase.
What is your return policy for custom-made window treatments?
Because each product is custom-built to your unique measurements, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
