Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
Pack Your Shades
Carefully place the shades in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation guides are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
